Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email or phone, providing your order details and reason for the return.

Condition of the Item: Ensure that the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged or shows signs of wear beyond trying it on for fit.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow these steps:

Initiating an Exchange: Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Provide your order details and specify the new size or style you would like.

Condition of the Item: Ensure that the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot process exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Exchange Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the exchange shipment.

Exchange Process: Once we receive the item to be exchanged and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly. If there is any price difference, we will adjust it accordingly.

Note: Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items such as underwear or swimwear unless they are faulty or defective.
